Eclipse didn't scare Luna so much as watching Celestia devolve into a mare who didn't know what to do. Her elder sister had always had an answer for every problem, and now? She despaired. Luna looked at the faces of the little ponies around her and swallowed. She had to do something.
"We need someponies to fly over the forest - perhaps Zecora will see you and hear a message to get out. Any other ponies in the forest should be warned as well." She turned her heavy gaze onto the pegs. "Rainbow Dash, we would put you in charge of this. Do not enter the forest, just fly above in groups."
She turned to Twilight then. "We must find as much information as we can on Eclipse, and The Opaque, assuming there is any. Please, you would know best where to look in the library." She spread her hoof out to the room around her.
And the others? What would they do? "Applejack, we would like you to gather the guards. We will send them to the edge of the forest to keep watch for any malice coming from it."
With a raised eyebrow she looked at the despairing Rarity and Pinkie Pie, wondering what they could do. "We must keep the town calm. We need... we need something to take their mind off the danger in the forest."
With a bow of her head she dismissed the ponies to their tasks. If nothing else it would give her sister time to recover before she had to take over their reigns again.

"Of course, Princess." Grateful that she was still trusted for research at least, despite what the unicorn still thought of as her own faliure of judgement, Twilight made a beeline for the library shelves, relieved, for once, to be putting some distance between herself and her friends. Applejack and Pinkie might have said that it wasn't her fault, but Twilight still felt awful regardless, and dreaded meeting any of their eyes right now. Huriedly, the lavender-coated girl began using her magic to pull books off the highest shelves, glancing at their titles and carefully sliding them back into place as she ruled them out. This wasn't her library home in Ponyville, after all; this was the princesses' own personal library, and she had to handle everything with care.
(ooc: I'd love it if somepony else of the main six could come over and try to talk to her now ^^)

(I am very sorry I promise to pay a lot better attention from now on)
"Yes Princess" Rarity said keeping the town calm that might be a little bit of a challenge but nothing that Rarity and Pinkie Pie couldn't take care of. Especially Pinkie Pie, she was great at keeping everyone calm. When the Princess had dismissed everyone. She made her way out, but couldn't help but notice Twilight in the castle Library. She seemed to be taking things extra hard. Before Rarity had to do her job she figured she may have to talk to Twilight to help her feel a little better. Rarity walks up to Twilight. "Hi, Twilight, you know this whole thing isn't your fault" Rarity said she refused to watch any of her friends blame themselves for what was happening.

Twilight just gave out a little sigh and continued looking though the books, not wanting to turn and face Rarity. No matter how many of her friends might tell her that they didn't blame her, the lavender unicorn couldn't quite bring herself to believe that. However you looked at it, the fact remained that she'd been the one to lead her five best friends into the danger that had almost claimed their lives, and no-one's words, not even the two princesses', were enough to dispel the guilt she now carried.
"I know it's not all my fault," she finally replied, still not looking up from her task. Meeting anypony's eyes right now would be too painful. They would either resent her, or still trust her despite what she still thought of her own faliure in judgement, and the star-marked pony wasn't sure which would be the most painful to face. She paused in her work, still not looking up however, as though her next words commanded her entire attention.
"But I still led us into a situation I knew nothing about. I was overconfident..." a pause, as Twilight collected herself before voicing the main reason behind her guilt. "I sacrificed all of you in order to buy myself time to cast a spell that didn't even work." Purple orbs returned to scanning the shelves in front of her, if anything, more dejectedly than before. What sort of pony let her friends fall like that? What sort of friend did that make her? "I'm a horrible leader."

(Sorry if I kept you all waiting)
Cyan mare just nodded quietly at the Princess's command. Am I capable of accomplishing the task? After all, I've just failed Equestria... Rainbow thought quietly to herself, ... No. You can't just let your friends see you down- you are the mighty Rainbow Dash, the fastest pegasus in cloudsd- no, in Poniville. No, in Equestria. You are the element of loyalty, you have to be strong. For them and for yourself, Rainbow. "Should I get going as soon as possible, then?" Rainbow-maned mare asked, "... your majesties?" Akwardly adding the last part, having almost forgotten the were the princesses.
The faster I get the deed done, the faster I will get back to my hero position. The mare thought with a chuckle and a bit of a smile in her face. Equestria would be lost without a hero, after all.

Celestia couldn't quite shake of her gloom, that lingering feeling of discomfort still tickled the back of her mind like icy needles, as if death was at her fetlocks. Rainbow Dash's remark seemed to remind Celestia too that she was indeed a princess. "You may depart as soon as you are ready." Knowing the element of loyalty, she added; " But please, do be careful. Don't do anything rash."
The princess of day took a moment to adjust her ruffled feathers. "If anything is unclear, please speak up. I will send Spike your way. You are going to need him." The time drew near. They would soon have to depart to Canterlot. Celestia experienced the strange sensation of not being able to stand still. She wanted to start pacing like she had in the upstairs halls, but she forced herself still. At the mention of Spike, Celesita threw a gaze over to Twilight, already delving deeply into the world of the books. The winged unicorn's heart ached at the sight of her faithful student restlessly carrying out her task. She was afraid that she was putting to much pressure on the little mare, but she was also aware of Twilight's huge sense of responsibility. Celestia turned to Fluttershy who had yet to be assigned a job. "Fluttershy," she said in a hushed voice. "Please make sure that none of your friend exceed their limits. You all need to help each other."

Rarity sighed as her cheering up Twilight didn't go over as well as planned. "I'm sorry Twilight" Rarity said quietly to Twilight. And then she bowed to the princess. "Would you like me to go with Pinkie your Majesties" ?Rarity asked still not really knowing what she was supposed to do. She probably just missed it. she was so sad it was common knowledge that she might miss something at some point.
